  Stockweaver, do a search in the #General channel and you'll see some references which point to a bigger discussion of "scheduling" being the biggest hurdle to playing with others.

  I think with the combination of:
  Already existent: Copy & Customize NPCs = users can create their own Scheduling Boss :))
  Coming in next release: Matchmaking = users can go up against and create Scheduled Campaigns and therefore be part of the action
  
  I'm officially calling this planned + will close once the next release is out :))
