  This is available in the demo (just launched!), the Closed Beta will get it soon, and it'll be live at Early Access release.
  
  Be sure to right-click on the creatures you want to befriend.

  Yes it is! You just gotta right click the token, hit edit, then switch the team to "friend." You can even shift who has control of it! :)
