[Streaming] Spectator Mode

It'd be nice to have a views for people who want to simply watch all of the action and not play as campaign members

Add a Stream View for streamers and content creators. Currently there is no way to record/stream a game without showing the GMs screen. Which shows all the behind the scenes materials.

Still planned! As a workaround in the meantime, users can join campaigns without adding a hero. This allows a limited view of the main scenes and side tray, keeping the user in the game without being fully involved.
